A private development at Plot G2 Banana Island, Ikoyi is a fully-detached 5-bedroom exquisite house developed by Prestigious Homes Limited. MEP services provided includes VRV air-conditioning system, plumbing systems, electrical and extra-low voltage (ELV) system.
The ELV systems included smoke detection and alarm, CCTV, fully-integrated smart home system among others. Abbot provided MEP services design and supervision services. The project was completed in December 2021.
