This is presently under construction situated at 19 Glover Road , Ikoyi. It is an 8-storey block of flats developed by Prestigious Homes Limited. MEP services provided includes VRV air-conditioning system, plumbing systems, electrical and extra-low voltage (ELV) system.
The ELV systems included smoke detection and alarm, CCTV, fully-integrated smart home system among others. Abbot provided MEP design and supervision services. The construction is on-going and scheduled for completion in 2023.
